Modernisation of machines

We offer a complex modernisation of rotating machines such as steam turbines, pumps and compressors to restore original operating parameters. We also provide complex reconstruction of existing machines and improvements of its parameters (revamp, retrofit), if there is a need to step up production process. Moreover, we provide specialist technical consultations in terms of the above-mentioned services. In terms of all necessary modernisations, we propose manufacturing of the components in accordance with original OEM specification or a completely new project.

Compressors

We offer manufacturing of individual components of fluid-flow parts for axial and centrifugal compressors in accordance with original documents provided by a client or the parts can be modified in order to improve operating parameters (revamp, rerate). Increasing efficiency and capacity, optimising bearing temperatures, improving dynamic characteristics of compressors (both relative and absolute vibrations) and changing compressor surge limits allows to increase production process and at the same time sustain or even decrease the costs of maintenance. We offer an extensive customer service in terms of modernizations, beginnings with the project, documentation, going through a number of tests such as high-speed balancing, supported with CAD / CAM simulations, ending with final assembly and start-up supervision.

Turbines
