Privacy Policy

The Service does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookie files. Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, particularly text files, which are stored on the Service User’s end device and are intended for using the Service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number. The entity placing cookie files on the Service User’s end device and accessing them is the Service operator – “neo-Tec” Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Kobiałka 11a, 09-411 Płock.

Cookie files are used for the following purposes:

  • To adapt the content of the Service’s websites to the User’s preferences and to optimize the use of the websites; in particular, these files allow the Service User’s device to be recognized and the website to be displayed correctly, tailored to their individual needs.
  • To create statistics that help to understand how Service Users use the websites, which allows for the improvement of their structure and content.
  • To maintain the Service User’s session (after logging in), so that the User does not have to re-enter their login and password on every subpage of the Service.

The Service uses two main types of cookie files: “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies. “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until they log out, leave the website, or turn off the software (web browser). “Persistent” cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

The Service uses the following types of cookie files:

  • “essential” cookies, which enable the use of services available within the Service, e.g., authentication cookies used for services that require authentication within the Service;
    cookies used to ensure security, e.g., used to detect authentication abuse within the Service;
  • “performance” cookies, which enable the collection of information about how the Service’s websites are used;
  • “statistical” cookies, which enable the creation of statistics, e.g., on website visits.

In many cases, the software used for browsing websites (web browser) allows for the storage of cookie files on the User’s end device by default. Service Users can change their cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed, in particular, to block the automatic handling of cookie files in the web browser’s settings or to inform about their placement on the Service User’s device each time. Detailed information about the possibilities and ways of handling cookie files is available in the software settings (web browser). The Service operator informs that restricting the use of cookie files may affect some of the functionalities available on the Service’s websites. Cookie files placed on the Service User’s end device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service operator. Below are links to pages containing instructions on how to disable cookies in the most popular web browsers (detailed information on handling cookies can also be found in the “Help” section of your browser’s menu).
